Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender (LGBT) Affirmative Therapy
You deserve a supportive and enriched life. As a LGBT counselor who has had poor experience in individual therapy with a counselor who thought they were accepting of the LGBT community, I understand the value of a safe and accepting space to share personal information free of judgment and imposition of a counselor's values or beliefs. Whether you are exploring your sexuality for the first time, coming out, dating, in a long-term relationship or married, parenting, or navigating the relationship rules for monogamy, polyamory, or an open relationship, find answers and resolution, develop tools for success.

- Relationships: Keeping it casual--dating or not, applying labels--girlfriends, boyfriends, partners, husband/s, wife/wives, or spouse/s; moving in together; exploring religious differences; long-term planning
- Sex: Creating a sex-positive and healthy life; overcoming stigma or issues with use of PrEP; understanding how to healthily manage FWB or FB; exploring role play, Dominant/Submissive, Pup/Handler, as well as BDSM, and sexual preference (Top, Vers, Bottom)
- Health: Physical, medical, mental, smoking cessation, eating issues/choices, HIV and STI management
